Zach goes to Winter Formal

Since I do not have any children of my own my nieces and nephews are like my own children. I would like to think that I am very active in their lives and never miss an important event. I am still grasping that my nephew Zach is 16, in high school and plays football... I remember being at the hospital when he was born and holding him for the very first time. Zach has grown into a wonderful young man, he is smart, uses his manners and is all around a great kid ( I am sure he hates it when we call him a kid but to me he always will be). Miranda is a sweet young lady who Zach is friends with, Winter Formal is girl ask guy so she asked him to the dance. Now, for those of you who know Zach know this is NOT his thing, he is not a dancer nor does he really listen to Top 40 radio!! He said Yes and the rest as they say is history...

Zach, you may be 16 but in my eyes and heart you will always be the happy little guy in the back seat of my mustang with the top down and a HUGE smile on your face.. I love you kid..

The Happiest Place on Earth

Awwwww what could be better the going to the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland.. No matter how many times I have been there I still feel like a child, skipping up to the entrance filled with excitement and joy. Ass annual passholders the feeling does not go away, this trip was no different. It was a warm November day the week before Thanksgiving so the park was decorated for the holidays (Which happens to be my favorite time of the year because the Haunted Mansion is Nightmare Before Christmas themed), Christine, Harmony and I set out for a day of fun. Laura lives in New York so she could not be there with us in person so Christine bought a Barbie that looks like Laura so she could be there with us in spirit.  It's moments like this that the memories really do last a lifetime.

Baby Scarlette

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mark and Cindy for some time now, they are a fun couple who also happens to make good looking kids, proof in point Luke...... Luke is such an adorable little guy who loves to be outdoors and is way to smart for his own good.... If baby Scarlette is anything like like her older brother watch out little boys on the playground.... Mark had taken some pictures of Cindy a while back at the San Juan Capistrano Mission so it was his great idea to take their pictures there. It could not be more perfect, the mission is beautiful and the grounds are breathtaking... While we were walking around I was commenting on how from behind no one would ever know that Cindy is pregnant.... She is super tiny and then when she turns around BOOM!!!!!!! There is Scarlette.... I am so happy for them both and know that Scarlette is really lucky to have such amazing parents...... Now, on to the fun stuff..... The sneak peak of baby Scarlette.......

They are such a cute family

After this picture, Luke was all about the Koi fish

Cindy is soooo tiny even preggers

Love the backdrop

I love these tiny bath slippers

Cindy is beautiful and glowing

I mean really...... How friggen adorable is Luke....

P.S., As always, if there are 10+ comments on this sneak peak Mark and Cindy will receive a free 8x10

A couple weekends ago I had the pleasure of shooting maternity session for some dear friends of mine at the Mission San Juan Capistrano, while there I could not get over how beautiful the grounds were it had been about 7 to 10 years since my last visit there it will not be that long in between again.... If you have not had the chance to get down there recently I strongly encourage you visit. Until then, enjoy the pictures below......

Ok, I know they are all of flowers and fish and none of the actual mission, those will be coming soon when I post the sneak peak of their session... I could not get over the beautiful flowers!!!!!!!!
